  1. I wondered why after (obviously) new management came in last year that I’d never see the same people in the store.
In my store (Seguin, TX) they seem to be at the end of the supply chain and don’t have a lot of what I’m looking for anyway… except propane.

The local hardware/lumber store just closed down, so I may as well just head the extra 5 miles to HD.

  3. Until they do a deep cleanse of leadership, starting with Lawton, it’s all just smoke-and-mirror words. Given the very clear makeup of their customer base, embracing all that crap was Out There beyond stupid! None of this decision-making process happened in a vacuum…the entire board of directors apparently thought they were sound business decisions. Shareholders should sue for damages, citing pernicious mismanagement.

We run a string of commercial gardens and were easily spending 10 to 15 grand (sometimes more) per year with TSC. I ‘rediscovered’ our local Consumers Supply Co-op…turns out they have all we need. Stock feed (locally sourced and processed), supplements, meds, equipment, and more. Plus, they have and deliver fuel!

I honestly can’t imagine what TSC can ever offer that will entice me back as a customer. Some self-inflicted wounds are, and should be, fatal.

  4. The only thing TSC had going for it on Long Island was that it promptly posted a sign on the front doors welcoming all concealed carriers to the premises; now that the law was pitched as unconstitutional, I have no reason to even think of them as a company that I need to support.
