Report: Thousands of Christians ‘Deliberately Targeted’ for Death in Nigeria

Breitbart

report from Open Doors International dated September 1 called No Road Home: Christian IDPs Displaced by Extremist Violence in Nigeria details the dire situation faced by Christians who have been hunted to the verge of extinction by the Islamic State, the jihadis of Boko Haram, and groups of Muslim militants known as the Fulani.

It is not easy to say which Islamist faction is winning the competition to kill and displace as many Christians as possible, but Nigeria’s Christians are definitely losing. Thousands of internally displaced persons (IDPs) have been rendered homeless by militant attacks. One Nigerian Christian said he and his brethren have become an “endangered species.”

Open Doors noted that other groups also suffer at the hands of Nigeria’s vicious warring factions, including Muslims, but Christians are targeted more aggressively, and they have a much harder time returning home after they are displaced.

  1. If there was any one group of refugees that needed immigrating into the US, these Nigerian Christians would be “it”.
    But do you hear/see any of the NGO “charities” bringing in these families?
    NOOOOOOOO……….the NGOs are bringing in the worst of the worst for religious tolerance (sand chigger muzzies), intelligence, assimilation, and work ethic.

  2. Nigerian Christians and other countries who face Murder by Muslims must be placed on top of the immigrant crossing.

    If our Government can fly criminals and mental patient Venezuelans to the US an effort must be make for Christians facing death by deranged murders who follow the False Prophet.

  3. …unfortunately, this is the fulfillment of the prophecy of the Lord Himself.

    “16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

    17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

    18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

    19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.

    20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

    21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.

    22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
    -Matthew 10:16-22

    The world of Men will fail and men shall persecute His servants for daring to keep His Word, just as He said.

    But attend to that last part; “but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.”

    This life is short, the next eternal. Those who endure now shall have the Victory in the end, also just as He promises;
    “He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.”
    -Matthew 10:39

    And as for those who torment them now, this; “Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.”
    -Matthew 10:15

    …but pray for those who suffer today, that they may remain steadfast to recieve His Mercy today and His Salvation tomorrow.

    Dear Lord, hold Your Hand over Your people in their hour of need. Protect them from those that would destroy them for hatred of You, in fulfullment of Your Word. Hold them in Your Mercy, comfort them with Your Grace, numb their wounds and steady their hearts that they may be with You forever, and may they stand as shining examples of courage and faith for those of us yet to be encompassed in the approaching storm, that we all may be steady in your Blessed Assurance that the worst any man can do is send them to Heaven, to joy eternal with those who suffer now and to know that the Lord Himself will bring those who gloat over them now to eternal, inescapable Justice in His good time.

    In the merciful name of Jesus we pray,

    Amen.

    God Bless,

  4. Those that die for their testimony of Jesus Christ will have the highest honor in heaven. They will go under the altar in the temple in heaven and when their number is complete, God’s wrath begins (Rev 6:9-11).
