Well Bill, I came into the US (legally) in 2022 (I’m British by birth and had lived in Canada for 40 years. I hold both British and Canadian Citizenship). I have been married to an American citizen since 2006. It took thousands of dollars and almost 20 months for me to get my Green Card. I don’t work (I’m retired). I saved for almost all of my adult life to have a financially secure retirement. I have never taken welfare from any state. I’m not allowed to vote in the US and I would be deported the minute I commited a crime. Am I the kind of “immigrant” you want in the USA?

God Bless you. I know several people that have married non U.S. citizens that have paid thousands of dollars to get their spouses into the U.S. the legal way. You, me, and everyone else on this site. Stop and think the Revolutionary War was started over “Taxation Without Representation”. A far cry from where we are today considering Eric Garland just sued Virginia over blocking the illegal vote. In my opinion no matter who is elected, or installed, as President there’s a big correction coming. This country was built on the principle of free men and women. And as much as our federal and state government demand we bend a knee it’s not going to happen. They were successful with COVID. But we learn quick.
Do you pay income tax? Maybe not. How about sales tax? Property tax? A yes to any of the above entitles you to decide where your tax dollars are spent. LOL.

Welcome to America, you should have the right to vote. They made it hard because you are not the citizen “they” want, assimilated, productive, conservative.
One of the many issues they try to make black/white that isn’t.
They want illegal immigrants to work. They likely get paid 1/2 minimum wage. Who are they going to complain to? Will they get deported? If they do complain, what are the chances they get “disappeared”? They rule by fear.
I believe it was Gen. Flynn that estimated 30-43 million illegals have actually entered the country in 3 1/2 years. Many are genuinely interested in creating a better life, many are not.
What’s going to happen when O’biden decides to play kick the can and dump all of the Gov’t sponsored illegals from free everything?
