Vice President Kamala Harris was admitted to law school through University of California-San Francisco’s Legal Education Opportunity Program for students with “educational disadvantage, economic hardship, or disability,” according to the law school’s magazine.

Democratic nominee Harris is a 1989 graduate of the program, according to a 2018 article in UC Law SF Magazine.

“LEOP offers admission to approximately 50 high-achieving students each year—up to 20 percent of the class—who have experienced major life hurdles, such as educational disadvantage, economic hardship, or disability,” the article says. “The majority are students of color.” more here

  1. “educational disadvantage, economic hardship, or disability”. Her loophole is right there–disability. Anyone who talks to her briefly knows she is not all there mentally.

  2. Being a retard she does have an educational disadvantage. Also a disability. Her parents didn’t cross well, they are probably deeply ashamed (if they’re alive) that they didn’t ‘eliminate the nuisance’ sixty years ago.

Does anyone else notice the demoscum cheat on all the affirmative action handouts for the weak and trifling? Pochahontas, that dude in Colorado, the professor sitting eagle, Rachel Dolezal, Talcum X, just one after the other with them…

  3. Has never one time gotten anywhere based on merit. If she has there is absolutely nothing in the public record to document it. She was the first one out in the Democrat primary in 2020. On top of that she is a particularly nasty See You Next Tuesday and a shit faced drunkard.

  4. I am a ‘white’ University Lecturer. I have mixed feelings about this article. First of all, most University Faculty are not making bank. My lifelong friends who went into business, accounting, and management are making double my income. The intimation that University Faculty are affluent is inaccurate. Many of those friends are retired. I cannot afford it yet after 35 years in this job.
But, I grew up lower middle class, near the poverty line. Although I did well academically, managing this without plagiarism, my financial limitations held me back and down. While there were many grants, scholarships, preferences and assistance for students of other genders, races and colors, there were fewer for white men such as myself. My career and academic success might have been greater, had I not been the victim of my gender and race. I suppose these disadvantages were to ‘level the playing field’, but from my perspective it was simply reverse sexism and racism.

  5. Walter — And there were the kids of people who created/funded some kind of space camp for “under-served youth”. I can’t remember the name of it, but the story came out earlier this year. Seems that the fed employees leading the program were bringing their own kids into a program that was intended for poor kids.

I firmly believe that most of our tax-paid dollars are fed into what the entire gov’t — from fed to local — treats like an ATM. Write a grant, create a project, etc., just to enable them to siphon off our money and line their own pockets.
