Compassion, as with many other traits found in humans & animals, is anathema to demoncrats.
I don’t get why some wicked and angry young men want to rape the daughters of their perceived enemies. And in the case of Jocelyn, killed her as well.
I guess it goes at least as far back as the Roman soldiers’ rape of the Sabine women. The Sabines were just another Italian tribe the Romans vanquished. The Roman soldiers raped the women and carried them back to Rome as trophies.
