Floridians rejected a measure to enshrine a constitutional right to abortion Tuesday, retaining the state’s six-week ban.

Amendment 4 is poised to fail, according to the Decision Desk. The amendment would have prevented the state from enforcing any laws that prohibit abortion before viability — around week 22 of pregnancy — and would have allowed the procedure after viability in cases “necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider,” according to the amendment’s text. more

  1. The Progs pushing to pass this wanted to give the “Baby Chop Shops” a revolving door to do as they please.

    BTW the legalization of POT amendment also failed. It was written by “Big Pot” and an individual could not even a plant or two of their own without having major fines and prison time imposed.
