  1. Maybe this time holding the Senate and The house, Trump/Vance can give them a kick in the ass and wake them up to use the gift instead of wasting it like the last time.

  2. I am seeing 52 Senate GOP, with 3 toss-ups remaining.
Not sure about House, will likely be very close to even.
Time to eliminate the filibuster, and to add some Supreme Court justices!!! 🙂
Not really, but the Dems wanted to do it.
I do think it is time for Clarence Thomas to retire. But no rush, he can wait until 2026. He has been wonderful, but his age puts him at risk should we lose the presidency in 2028 (and control of the Senate as early as 2027).

  3. LCD, Thomas is younger than Trump, and just as sharp, how about we get Kagen or Sotomayor to retire instead?

I get what you are saying, why put the next pick in the hands of the Democrats? But for me, Thomas, is so special, so wise and so transcendental, I want him part of every adjudication for as long as he can. Even when he votes in the minority, nine times out of ten, I agree with him, or at least his reasoning.

  4. I absolutely agree with you Rich Taylor . If Clarence Thomas was not where he is now, he may have been a hierarchy in the Catholic Church. He is a devout Catholic and I’m sure all his decisions come To him through our Lord. God bless you Clarence

  5. Oh I agree Rich, Thomas is absolutely brilliant, moreso than Trump’s 3 with only Alito coming close. And would love for either Kagen or Sotomayor to step down. They are a lot younger, but Sotomayor supposedly has some health issues.
