Manslaughter Charge Dismissed In Daniel Perry Trial

National Pulse: The judge in the Daniel Penny trial ruled in favor of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s motion to dismiss the first count, manslaughter in the second degree, despite noting that the State of New York discourages such actions as they can create compromise verdicts. This decision comes after jurors were deadlocked twice in one day over the case concerning the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless schizophrenic with a long arrest record who died on a New York City subway in 2023. more here

  1. Indicting Daniel Perry is ANOTHER miscarriage of justice.
NYC is a slime-bed of injustice, malevolence, corruption, and hate.

Any humans still in that cesspool should go.

  2. Alvin Bragg could give a rat’s ass about rampant crime in Manhattan. He’s trying to hang a white man who stopped a black psycho from hurting people.Neely’s family has already filed suit against Penny. It’s what I refer to as the ghetto lottery.

  3. Dismissed the first count, and they come back Monday to deliberate the second count. But… Here’s the thing, the jury’s original instructions from the judge said that can’t consider the second count until they’ve come to a decision on the first count. So this is the judge putting his finger on the scale.

Never been to NYC… Have never even wanted to go. I thought it was a s***hole even when Giuliani was running it.
