It doesn’t seem like such a big ask, that when cops are dispatched to an active shooter scene, that they do something pro-active like enter the building, engage the suspect, or render first aid to those in need if the shooter has been neutralized.
Between Parkland and Uvalde, where the cops either retreated or remained outside, too cowardly to engage, asking responding police to ,”Just do something” does not seem unreasonable to me.

The ongoing direction of the memes on the subject has two directions. One, the insanity of it and how it makes you more popular with your pier group as in “look at me…” ie No your dog/cat is not vegan and your kid isn’t Tranie.
Two, the type of mental illness… ie If you’re an adult and you’re the opposite sex you’r mentally ill, if you’re eight years old and think so, your mother or parents are mentally ill.
Tell me all these defectives are not groomed or encouraged into their mental illness.

Thank God if your kids are normal and well adjusted and seek the help for them if not. Just seems that there wasn’t any of this when I was “growing up.” But then we were still writing on stone tablets. Complaints on the younger generations do go back almost three millennium.
