Victor David Hanson Flags Possible Error That Could ‘Be Cause For Reversal’ In Trump’s E. Jean Carroll Case

Hoover Institution Senior Fellow Victor Davis Hanson said Friday on his podcast that President-elect Donald Trump could have a “cause for reversal” in the E. Jean Carroll case, citing the language used by the presiding judge.

In May 2023, a New York jury found Trump liable for sexual battery and defamation, but stopped short of convicting him of rape in the case brought by former Elle magazine writer E. Jean Carroll. On “The Victor Davis Hanson Show,” Hanson discussed ABC’s settlement in Trump’s defamation case against the network, following host George Stephanopoulos’ claim during a live segment of his show that Trump was “liable for rape.” see more

  1. Absent provable facts, no specific memory of details of the event by either party, no contemporary records of the event or witness statements, Trump’s hypothesized actions would be sexual assault.

    Makes sense to me.

Trump is guilty of being accused of sexual assault.

  2. Plus the fact in her testimony on the clothing she remembers wearing when the alleged rape took place hadn’t been produced until years after the alleged rape took place.

  3. Crooked politicians went back and changed the law on the statute of limitations for just this one lawsuit so they could get Trump. I hope with all my soul that some people pay a price for all this terror.

  4. Other than the fact that she is obviously a lying ass fucking cunt? How could any legit jury believe that bitch at all? The story was preposterous. She is preposterous. Fuck the filthy, evil, lying, stinking democrat party and their legions of false rape accusing ugly old cunts now and forever.
