Preliminary results show how Pacific Palisades voted in the 2024 general election.

Former President Donald Trump won a second presidential term after defeating Vice President Kamala Harris last Wednesday. The Democratic candidate won all of California’s 54 electoral college votes, while also having a stronghold across LA County (save for a few precincts in the Beverly Hills and Glendale areas), according to data reported by the Los Angeles Times.

Ballots cast in the five voting precincts that largely constitute the Palisades (9005918A, 9005919A, 9005929A, 9001382A, 9007693D) overwhelmingly went to Harris compared with the now President-elect and independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (who threw his support behind the Republican nominee in late August.)

Of the 11,151 votes cast from those precincts, 71.17% went for Harris, while Trump and RFK Jr. received just 27.75% and 1.08% of the Palisadian vote, respectively. more here.

  1. …so now, since Trump will be President during their attempted recovery, and since Califoria Democrats will screw the recovery up, and since DEI hires will prove to be terrible at building anything the bureaucrats DO allow, naturally these folks will blame Trunp and continue to vote Democrat forevermore…

  2. The Complicit, Bought & Paid For, Knee-Pad Media is already setting up the conditions to blame things on Trump by telling us that the Biden administration is leaving Trump with stronger America respected by leaders the world over and a strong economy. The day after the inauguration they’ll be screaming to the rafters how Trump policies will be ruining everything that Jackass Joe accomplished. Hell ABC radio news is still telling us how the J6 armed mob killed five police! My God! They’re relentless!!
I stopped watching NBC ABC CBS CNN and never watched MSNBC ever after the Lewinsky story that they all spiked, but ABC Radio news is basically just background noise for a few minutes during good local programming breaks. This one caught my attention and really rasied my blood pressure!

  3. The CEO of the LATimes just went on the record to say it was a mistake for the paper to endorse Bass.

Bass’s freak show posse who stands behind her whenever she steps up to a mic seems to be shrinking…or maybe it’s just my imagination.

OT, but interesting: Today was the very first time I’ve ever heard so-called “Kaitlin” Jenner speak! He was on a Fox show that I was only listening to, but then when I glanced at the screen, I realized that deep, masculine voice was his. I don’t care what any other adult decides to do about their appearance, but I do mind if a crazy person is presented to me as someone who is qualified to opine on politics, environment, or anything else, and expect me to pretend that at the foundation of those opinions is a cross-dressing man who has some personal reason for wanting to wear women’s clothing and make-up, and that the ONLY reason he is asked for an opinion is because he is a former celebrity athlete who now dresses as a woman.

  4. Well, since the fine folks in Caliph-ornia insist on accusing me and my cohorts of being racist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, misogynistic, bigoted, transphobic, redneck, ignorant….etc…..

I don’t give a damn if they all end up living in leaky tents on the ashes of their smoldering subdivisions…. SCREW ‘EM!!

  5. Rick Caruso, Large Mouth Basses opponent, saved all of his commercial property (a very upscale strip mall among them) by hiring a private fire fighting team. Now local residents are pissed as hell he saved his property, instead of theirs. You can’t make this shit up. I think the only thing these people will understand is the severely under used phrase, FUCK YOU ASSHOLE.

  6. “Meeting with Sen Warren would have been a waste of time.”

DUDE!, He’s not meeting with her, the hearing are going on. Have a cup of coffee. It’s a great day. Open the blinds. Let the sun in.

  7. Honestly I don’t believe that Bass won, nor that Trump got less than 30% in Palisades – although I doubt he got more than half. CA mandate to not allow voter ID, plus how many weeks did it take for them to count the votes, when nearly every other state did in a day?
There are lots of conservatives on the Westside. Not a majority, and of course you have people like me who leave, but there are a lot. CA is a beautiful state, I would still live there were it not for the politics and the havoc caused by them.

  8. Reg – Tell Libs: Need housing? Go steal an Illegal’s tent!

Cuz that’s way it’s going out there and that’s what it’s gonna to come down to everywhere if we don’t get it under control!

  9. ^^^, I saw that clip, Pete is crushing it.

There are a shitload of generals who best start dusting off their resumes. A purge from the top down is in order, there are too many remnants of the old order, the DEI over meritocracy order. These people can’t change, best to get rid of them.

  10. Honestly… it’s really looking like a study in Artificial Stupidity!
Keep voting D! It’ll get better! Honest!

50 years later it’s still a shithole. Wise up you Feel-Good Idiots!!

  11. They look (and sound) like 2 year-olds because they don’t yet understand — and will never understand — that the overwhelming majority of Americans have moved on without them. These are immensely un-serious people who exist in their ever-shrinking bubble of politics-as-entertainment-sound-bites-for-YT-clicks (which always had a link to ActBlue.org). Though I must admit I do miss Raskin with his ridiculous, “feel sorry for me!” cancer do-rag. It was always mercifully hard to focus on on anything he ever had to say.

If we’re feeling impatient with their antics it’s because it’s the only sane response to their tired theatrics.

  12. @ Cmn¢¢guy

Warren and Sanders being rich is not the problem, it is their sheer ignorance of wealth creation and their hypocrisy in vilifying that which they are a part of.

We should want more millionaires, they create jobs, spur the economy, and pay taxes.

The good news is that these two are broken-down old hags who have no notions of higher office.

  13. When President Trump issues his aid package for this burned to the ground area of Californicate he needs to appoint someone to make sure the money actually helps the people and not half of it end up in Leftist Politicians pockets.

  14. Rich

You’re exactly right about catering to millionaires. Trickle Down works. I always get a laugh out of dumb ass libtard talking head that starts a conversation on the economy with, “well it’s been proven trickle down does not work”. Oh really? When did they prove that and where is it documented.
The problem I have with the likes of Warren and Sanders is how they got they’re money, and the fact that their money will never add anything to the economy. They’re leaches. Useless leaches that like to lecture every one on how people, with their kind of money, are the problem. The reality is, they are the problem.

  15. “They look (and sound) like 2 year-olds because they don’t yet understand — and will never understand ”

I think some of them do. Like this idiot Gillibrand. What Pete has consistently said is if women want to serve in combat roles they need to perform at the same level as men. That’s all he’s ever said. This idiot deserves an academy award for this performance.

  16. Hegseth did a good job. If he’d said that most or all of those ex-military were Generals and he’d served as an “infantry platoon leader and later as civil-military operations officer.”(Wikipedia), that would have really gutted the phony Indian. After that, she’d have been really red-in-the-face. I believe his rank as captain at highest would not get him a job as a spokestool for any Military-Industrial firm doing business with the DoD.

Yes, Hegseth nailed her all right. He could have made it a mortal wound if he’d said the things I thought he could have said. But all-in-all, he was great. A voice from the lower officer ranks is a good thing for us instead of those Pentagon mid-level officers who fetch coffee all day long for the hi-level fat-ass generals who run the show.

  17. Yeah, this, from GITMO’s Townhall link, says exactly what I think of the Left:
“These Democrats are not concerned with governing, so their complete inability to do it is utterly irrelevant to the analysis. Being competent and governing wisely was never the objective. Instead, the elite is concerned with power, and the leftists who vote for them – whose houses are now all burned down – are only concerned with the failures of government when it comes and bites them on the fourth point of contact.”

  18. @GITMO, @Left Coast Dan — This is a particularly good Schlichter rant. In addition to Dan’s quote, my other favorite paragraph is this one:

The thing you must understand about the rich Californians who vote for Democrats – and not only vote for them but actively campaign for them and donate to them – is that this kind of leftism isn’t just a belief system. It’s their religion. Well, more accurately, it’s a substitute for religion. There’s an empty space inside every human being that normal people fill up with things like faith, family, and patriotism. The rich blue voters of California fill it up with commie gobbledygook. They add some wokeness, a dash of climate change, and a heaping helping of smug self-satisfaction. The resulting dog’s breakfast is what passes for their souls.

  19. I voted to get rid of Nudesom, but the aholes in S. Ca voted to keep him. So reap what you’ve sown. Our house nearly burned to the ground back in July. Fire doesn’t care who you are.
