Hunter Biden Missing from DOJ Pardon Database – Can Only Be Accessed Through FOIA Library

Hunter Biden does not appear in the Justice Department’s pardon database and can only be accessed through the FOIA library, according to investigative reporter Paul Sperry.

Per Paul Sperry: “Hunter Biden is missing from the Justice Dept’s pardon database in spite of the “full and unconditional pardon” his father the POTUS granted him last month. His clemency does not appear in the case files and can only be accessed thru the FOIA Library.” more here

I’m guessing this has happened because that database design requires each pardon get linked to a conviction, and Cunter got a blanket pardon for crimes he was never charged for, which, apparently, is such contradiction to the understood rules of pardons that it can’t be placed in the database unless it’s specifically tied to a charge he plead guilty for, which may also be a factor in the non-acceptance of the record into that particular database design.
