#BREAKING A Border Patrol agent in Vermont is dead after being shot in the neck by an illegal immigrant who sources say was a “visa overstay.”
Sources say the agent was conducting a traffic stop when he was shot.
The shooter is also dead. A woman was injured in the altercation, her status and condition are not known at this time.
The stretch of roadway where the incident happened is closed right now.

Yeah, it’s the border with Canada, but just as many terrorists try and cross that one as the Mexican border!
Heck, I (and hundreds of other people) got stopped on I-93 just south of Franconia Notch a few years ago where Border Patrol had set up a temporary border check station – literally checking every car heading south toward Boston looking for anyone in the country illegally.
Of course, that was during #45’s term in office.
Poor guy had recently transferred from TX. Probably thought it was safer.
Brad, ME, VT & NY have seen huge increases in illegal border crossings during Obiden’s admin.
VT & & NY more so because a lot of the ME border is deep woods with no towns and they’d be lost.
