Canadian Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre left CP24 news host Phil Perkins at a loss for words when asked about an executive order by President Donald Trump recognizing two biological sexes.
Trump signed the executive order Monday, shortly after taking office, ending recognition of “gender identity” and prohibiting the use of “gender ideology.” Perkins asked Poilievre about the order during an interview. more here
Maybe a year ago I began seeing conservative people being targeted by newsies for questioning or interviewing fight back a bit against stupid and/or “gotcha” questions. It keeps getting more and more common and better and better these days. I absolutely love it when some prog MSM robot gets put on the spot and has no background or mind to get out of his own shit show. Wonderful stuff!
There are a lot of things about Poilievre that are pretty liberal. He is no Trump, or Milei. He may be Canadia’s best candidate, but his politics are lacking in a few areas. But one thing we have certainly learned is that no reporter is going to ‘own’ him by getting him to admit something he doesn’t believe.
He didn’t get the memo from LGBTQWERTY+ HQ for how many genders there were this week; so, of course he was confused.
Poilievre eats up MSM reporters and spits them out before breakfast. Anyone familiar with him knows this and yet the they still come back with the asinine/gotcha question. Idjits.
The closest Canada has to Trump is Kevin Oleary.
This guy though is a hell of a lot better than anybody I can recall in decades.
