There is absolutely NOTHING that they do that isn’t and hasn’t been destructive. Not a damn thing. Not one single solitary damn thing.
I believe they have or do offer grants for students to attend trade schools or apprentiships in the skilled trades. Whis is a very small thing the labor dept could handle.
