Tried to find an instance of a crime being committed by a suppressor. Questioned all of mine, they denied any involvement. Not one invoked the 5th. I’m prone to believe them.
They brought up this issue of ‘human agency’ as a legal point of fact being involved in every single crime involving a firearm of any type.
Gonna’ have to look into that.
