Daily Caller: Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is asking the Department of Justice (DOJ) to clarify whether she is actually under investigation for potentially obstructing the Trump administration’s immigration agenda.
Ocasio-Cortez wrote a letter on Thursday to Attorney General Pam Bondi to inquire whether the DOJ has initiated an investigation into her on the grounds that her office held a webinar meeting meant to help illegal aliens try to avoid deportations. “Border czar” Tom Homan has repeatedly suggested that the “Know Your Rights” virtual meeting violated federal law and amounts to an effort to impede the Trump administration’s immigration policies, and he also contacted the deputy attorney general requesting a review of Ocasio-Cortez’s webinar.
“I write to request clarity on whether the Department of Justice (DOJ) has yielded to political pressure and attempts to weaponize the agency against elected officials whose speech they disagree with. Over the past two weeks, ‘Border Czar’ Tom Homan has gone on multiple forums threatening political prosecution against me, citing resources I distributed informing my constituents and the American public of their constitutional and legal rights,” the letter states. “On February 13, 2025, Mr. Homan announced that he had asked the Deputy Attorney General to open an investigation, and that I will be ‘in trouble now.’ It has been 14 days since Mr. Homan first threatened to weaponize your agency, but I have not yet heard any referral from the federal government. Homan’s actions undercut core Constitutional rights and further transparency is necessary.” more here

I’m quite sure that Pam Bondi’s DOJ did not yield to political pressure to open an investigation into AOC’s illegal activity. That activity is ample predicate all by it’s little ol’ self.
DOJ: Sorry Ms. AOC, the DOJ doesn’t alert the criminal beforehand until cuffs come out and on. You’ll receive your booking documents at that time which will explain the charges. You’re welcome.
Wouldn’t it be delicious karma if she was raided at 5AM tomorrow morning by a full SWAT team?
At her swearing-in, she promised to defend the Constitution. Coaching someone how to break U.S. law seems to be in direct violation of that oath, which should carry a legal penalty. If she’s not under investigation already, she should be.

She’s sweating bullets! LOL! The DOJ should keep her off guard by not replying to her lame, desperate attempt to preempt a possible indictment.

AOC you will know that you are under investigation when the Federal Marshals show up at a session of the House of Representatives to publicity remove you in cuffs for everyone to see since it will be broadcast by every television network there.
Provide her with a phone number that she can call and then spend a half hour getting out of the phone tree only to be placed on hold for up to three hours. Then offer to call her back, and you won’t lose your place in line. Then take up to three days to return her call. Then when you call back, after two rings hang up before she can even get her phone out of her pocket to answer it. Then leave a message telling her to call back if she still needs an answer to her question. Then tell her that the answer is probably on their website.
That is what I’ve been through with both the post office and Social Security in the last week. It should be a firing offense, with loss of pension to treat any elected or appointed official any different than the people who are paying their salaries.
… and while on hold for up to three hours, how the fuck can you get another thing done? Unless the phone is plugged in to the charger the battery will die long before they ever pick up. So, all you can do is sit next to the goddamn thing, and you better not doze off or even try and make a sandwich. When they pick up you have about five seconds before they hang up and you have to start the process over.
I’d consult with a wardrobe consultant and pick out nail polish and mascara that complements an orange jump suit and shower shoes if I were her.
