Breitbart: An Illinois special education teacher charged with molesting her 15 year-old student said she was blackmailed by the victim due to her “good” looks.
Christina Formella, a 30 year-old teacher, said she did not assault the teenager while tutoring him at Downers Grove South High School in December 2023 after the student’s mother uncovered the alleged assault through text messages on his phone.
The teacher, who is married, reportedly told investigators that the student had used her phone to send himself inappropriate text messages to “blackmail” her.
“She claimed that one day, [the boy] had grabbed her phone unattended, had entered her passcode… had sent the message to his phone, had then deleted the message from her phone, and had saved it to his phone as blackmail,” court documents detailed.
Formella has claimed that her looks and caring “too much” made her an easy target of blackmail.
According to court records, Formella said “everybody comes after her because she is good looking and she is just a good person who cared too much about [the boy].” more

I remember how shocking the revelations about Mary Kay Lateurno (who became pregnant with her student’s child) in 1997 were. She first knew the boy when he was in 2nd grade, and started a sexual relationship with him when he was only 12. Out on a plea deal, she became pregnant a second time by the boy. She was 34 years old.
Now, women teachers getting sexually involved with male students seems to be at epidemic proportions.

AbigailAdams – I noticed that a lot of these witches cannot let go of their ‘high school days.’ Emotionally, they are still “there.” So perhaps, if it’s not a master/slave thing, then it’s a emotional damage thing and they feel they are still ‘that age’ and so the boys are fair game.

Agatha Kakalogical- Unfortunately, there are background checks. They just don’t care and hire them anyway. I’ve already seen articles where schools are being sued over it. Background checks were done, and the principals KNEW what they hired. It’s disgusting.
