8. Yea, we are going to collect from them. If you know where they are to levy a fine against them, then you should know where to find them to ship them out.

10. I liked Gingrich’s idea about locating illegals. If any address for them can be found, send them a package with a tracking RFID disk via UPS and let them do the work of finding them. They always deliver.
