Elon Musk joined Lara Trump on her show “My View”  last Saturday night on FOX News.

During their conversation, Elon revealed that the DOGE Team found 100,000 active federal employees, who also collected unemployment insurance benefits, while they were still at work.

Collecting insurance benefits while still working is considered unemployment insurance fraud. Many states classify unemployment fraud as a misdemeanor or felony.

Jail time is a significant risk and can range from several months to several years. more here

  1. Where are the arrests? This is about as cut and dried crime as you can get. Are these people still “active” government employees? Garnish their current pay for every last penny of their theft. This is not hard.

    “…at LEAST 100,000” They probably stopped counting at that number, right?

I’m certain the biggest reason we’re not hearing about fall-out from these crimes is because they haven’t yet fixed the security holes big enough to drive a earth hauler through in the systems used to transact and pay out these fraudulent sums. Heaven only knows if these systems were actually built to allow for fraud like this. No internal controls whatsoever?! This looks absolutely intentional to me, just like that woman analyst at the Pentagon who gave herself $650,000.00 via their internal QB app.

    And I don’t like insurance companies very much, but they do know how to deal with double-dipping m—-rf—-rs like these.
