How much time did he serve?
The reportage is lean on the details of this guy. In addition to having a “15 years to life” sentence for “his role” in the murders of 2 teens (one aged 15), he apparently also was given a 37 year sentence for rape (perverted means) prior to that. I cannot find any info on exactly how long he was in prison for either of his crimes, but in “his role” in the murders, he was actually the one responsible for rounding up his fellow gang and returning to the grad party and shooting into the 30 party goers; killing 2 and wounding 7.
The guy is 49 now, so if you add 37 years for the rape with a minimum 15 years for the murders (52), that means he committed the rape at age -3 years old. Someone please explain to me how a foreign national with TWO HEINOUS CRIMES under their belt is walking around free AND STILL ILLEGALLY in this country? Either that, or correct my math.
