Supreme Court rules on Education Department cutting half its staff

The Supreme Court cleared the way for the Education Department to fire half of its workforce on Monday, a move that advances President Donald Trump’s plans to dismantle the department.

The high court’s decision in McMahon v. State of New York was issued 6-3 along ideological lines.

It arose from a lawsuit brought by 20 Democrat-led states, who asked the court to halt the Education Department’s plans to lay off half of its employees and eventually shutter altogether. more

  1. Yet another pile of Leftists whining, crying and yelling in the streets. There will still be plenty of Farm and Hotel jobs available after the batch that were let go on Friday get hired.

  2. This is major. A great opportunity to gut those money grab grants and free tuition programs for illegals attending public schools. Also, those leftard leaches calling themselves essential staff will have to hit the bricks. LOL!
