Prosecutors in Colorado plan to drop charges against a registered sex offender accused of trying to kidnap a child from an elementary school because he was found incompetent to stand trial.
The 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, which covers Arapahoe County and includes Aurora and Littleton, informed FOX31 on Friday that it intends to dismiss charges against Solomon Galligan.
The 33-year-old faces one count of attempted kidnapping after he allegedly tried to take an 11-year-old boy during recess at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in April 2024. more

When a State is under one Party rule and individuals are not held accountable that tells me that they are not independent actors. It tells me that they are agents of the State, operating on behalf of the State.
Case in point would be the guy handing out AR15 rifles from the trunk of his Tesla in Seattle in 2020 in obvious violation of Washington State’s recently enacted legislation.
Case in point allowing retai theft of up to $1,000 by shoplifting was obviously enacted to put smaller competitors out of business and allow major retailers to increase their market share by absorbing their competitors customer base. Covid was another excellent example.
Case in point allowing individuals to impede traffic, assault motorists and passengers and damage their property without consequences.
All of these and far, far more were effectively official acts of an out of control and governments. The individual assholes involved were operating on the behalf of government.
In Colorado I can 100% guarantee you that what this guy was attempting was something the governing majority approves of. 100% guarantee it.

If he’s allowed to walk around free, there is no justice from the state, then it’s time for “Citizens’ Justice Committees” (i.e., vigilantes) to form up and take care of defending the rights of citizens.
Just make sure it’s done in the dark of night, quietly, and the body is never found. Not saying that for the reason of doing bad, but for now, you DON’T want to raise the ire of the state against you.
