Former President Joe Biden did not personally review every person who was granted a pardon in mass clemency actions signed by an autopen in the final months of his term, according to a new report.
According to a Sunday report by The New York Times, Biden “did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people,” but “signed off on the standards he wanted to be used to determine which convicts would qualify for a reduction in sentence.”
One of Biden’s aides stated that the Bureau of Prisons would provide the administration with new information on inmates eligible for pardons, prompting updates to the list of those scheduled for release. Staff would not run those changes by Biden, according to the aide.

Fauxi is guilty of crimes against humanity, which cannot be pardoned by Biden. Countless others including him are guilty of state crimes for which a federal pardon ALSO does not apply. If you honestly think that something that 90% of the population wants exposed like Epstein is ever going to see the light of day, you’ve got a big shock coming if you think the autopen issue will ever result in arrests, prosecutions, etc.

Weasel words that indicate to me that he reviewed very few at best and far more likely than not didn’t review a goddamn one.
It’s pretty simple. Every legally binding contract is filed for reference, so the contract can be proven. Similarly, every federal law, executive order, etc. has a chain of proof that it exists, as well as the details of it. So if they can show the chain of proof for each of those apparently pardoned.
No, no, no, the NON-existence of something doesn’t allow you to claim it as factual. That’s why we don’t have the ’28th Amendment’ that Biden insisted was legal last year.
So, president cabbage head, why’d you commute the sentence of a judge who took $2 million in payoffs from a private prison owner to send non-violent first time juvenile offenders to his crappy, violent youth prison for up to a year, leading one of the kids to commit suicide?
