An Argentine appeals court has ordered Google to pay roughly $12,500 to a man who was photographed completely naked in his backyard by a Google Street View car, despite being behind a 6-foot-6 wall.
The ruling, issued earlier this month and first reported by Agence France-Presse (AFP) via CBS News, found that Google had committed “a serious error” by publishing the image.
The man, reportedly a police officer, was captured in 2017, while walking unclothed in his yard in Bragado, a town west of Buenos Aires. more
What about hangin y’ass out the window at a speed camera?
Ggogle also ordered to post a warning:
OBJECTS IN IMAGE MAY BE SMALLER THAN THEY APPEAR
What a joke.
If the jackass is parading around in his yard buck naked he is expecting to be seen by the public.
So I’m assuming this guy is 12 feet tall. LOL
We were visiting my wife’s youngest and his family in Texas I was out in front of the house talking with my stepson. I saw the Google car coming down the street and as it passed, I flipped it the bird. If you do a map search on his address and look at the street view, there we are, but they blurred out my finger.
He should write a book and call it “Naked and Afraid in Argentina” or “Fear and Loathing in Argentina”
