Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs had First Amendment right to film twisted ‘freak-offs,’ lawyers say

NYP:
Sean “Diddy” Combs is an amateur porn director with a First Amendment right to film his lovers in degrading sex sessions with male escorts, his lawyers say.

The jailed rap tycoon made the head-scratching claim as part of his bid to toss his July prostitution conviction for setting up baby-oil-fueled “freak-offs” with gigalos who traveled across state lines.

“Mr. Combs’s amateur porn, like many other adult films, was creative, intricate, and highly choreographed,” Combs’ lawyer, Alexandra Shapiro, wrote in a court filing late Wednesday night. more

  1. What I find interesting about this case is by multiple accounts Diddy was hung like a hamster. Dude had a micro penis. He couldn’t get the tip of the thing wet with a fat girl. So what was his deal? Voyer? Black mail? Or CIA.

  2. Oh… OK, NOW itz “art”.
    Got it.

Like a judge once said, “It’s hard to define pornography in a court of law, but we all know it when we see it” I guess it must be the same with “art”!
    Whut say you Hunter?

  3. Would someone please explain to me how all these women were — at different times and places — repeatedly “forced” into these situations? Anyone point a gun at their head?

Okay, you’re completely naive and without a clue and then something happens once. You report it to the police. More than once? That’s consent.

(By the way, ditto re the Epstein “victims” who went back again and again for the money, and even hopped on his plane to go wherever.)

  4. Dman, my question stands. If you prefer, apply it only to women (for both Diddy and Epstein) who were above the magical age of 18.

And, by the way, that magical age increased through the 20th Century from age 12 on up. It’s arbitrary. Just like the age a person is allowed to drive, or drink, or vote, or work, or join the army, or quit school, or have a checking account, or sign a valid contract, or get married… That’s why we differentiate between “rape” and “statutory rape”.

Moreover, a huge percentage of burglaries, robberies, thefts, assaults, murders etc. and, yes, sex crimes such as prostitution, are committed by individuals who are “underage”.
