The jailed rap tycoon made the head-scratching claim as part of his bid to toss his July prostitution conviction for setting up baby-oil-fueled “freak-offs” with gigalos who traveled across state lines.

Just like the age a person is allowed to drive, or drink, or vote, or work, or join the army, or quit school, or have a checking account, or sign a valid contract, or get married… That’s why we differentiate between “rape” and “statutory rape”.
Moreover, a huge percentage of burglaries, robberies, thefts, assaults, murders etc. and, yes, sex crimes such as prostitution, are committed by individuals who are “underage”.
