You can’t shame the shameless

Trey Gowdy says that there are “other ways” to punish those who participated in Russiagate. “There’s shame. There’s history. It’s not just prison.”

  1. Trey is one of those ex public figures who needs just to go away, he is the poster boy for failed potential.

The people are fed up with our two-tiered justice system. Orange jumpsuits are the only solution; if you can’t make that happen, then just shut up about it.

  2. Yes, Trey, the way to punish the people who tried eight ways from Sunday to drive Tump out office and have a demonstrated history of stealing elections should be sent a sternly worded letter. That will make them never want to do it again.

  4. What in the wide, wide world of sports is a-goin’ on here? I hired you people to take care of some treasonous assholes, not to jump around like a bunch of Kansas City faggots!

And it can be such a creative way to affect punishment!

(I would normally put a list of methods here but figured I better not lest it get too macabre.)

  6. I get that it’s rather unseemly, medieval even, to arrest and try to imprison your political opponent. (Sure struck me that way when they did it to Trump.) So, how about this… Arrest everyone BUT Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. They were the political opponents and they do whatever it takes to get elected; maybe we don’t want them sent to the tower by our government. But, Trump could sue Hillary and Joe for libel, slander, etc. and ruin them, like they tried to do to him.

The DOJ should indict every government employee involved in this entire crime and its cover up because they work for us, not any politician. And Hillary and Joe could be called to testify. And we the people who voted for Trump should join some of the watchdog groups in class action suits against the media who prevented our candidate from governing.

If those solutions aren’t practical, let’s bring back tarring and feathering. That’s how we used to shame scoundrels.

  7. We know what the oldest profession is. I maintain that the second-oldest is congressional oversight committee member.

He was certainly a big disappointment.

  8. Shame is when you wield the levers of power and talk a great game about extracting justice, but then do nothing except pick a new hairstyle every week. Trey should know all about shame.

  9. True, you can’t shame the shameless that’s why it’s futile trying to make them acknowledge their amoral, criminal behavior. Punishment should be swift. A death penalty for treason is usually required and long term imprisonment for aiding and abetting. Gowdy seems afraid of the Deep State given his wimpy response.

  10. psychopaths and sociopaths don’t have shame you cannot shame radical thoughts you can only punish them the problem is most politicians are one or the other. and Gowdy plays tiptoe though the tulips in a tutu while drinking Shirley Temples.
