THESSALONIKI, Greece (AP) – Greek police said Sunday they seized over 270 kilograms (595 pounds) of cocaine with an estimated value of over 5.5 million euros ($6.5 million) and arrested three men. The cocaine was hidden inside a container of bananas imported from Ecuador, they said.
Police had been informed by the United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency that the cocaine would be carried by a ship headed to the northern Greek port of Thessaloniki.
Police officers found the cocaine and removed most of the drug contained in brick-sized packages from the container before it was loaded into a truck. They released a short video of the removal operation. more
I am so proud of Greece! It seems to me that the country hit rock bottom in the 2008 financial crisis (something like their 20th bankruptcy in the last 200 years!). Many people committed suicide and people were chopping down trees in the national parks for firewood. The Greek people have said “Enough is enough!” and have convinced their police and politicians to deport the thugs from northern Africa back to where they came frome.
Sheeeeee…it! Even Hunter could sniff that out that much coke from Malibu!
Ya knoooooo… it occurs to me that if he ever fell on hard times (probably right around the corner after the lawyers bleed him dry) he could rent himself out as a drug sniffing dog!
…7elensky Hardest Hit.
“…and removed MOST of the drug…”
Where did the rest go?
“ChYnA” Fentanyl Cartel. ” Hold My Beer…”
My stash!
