  1. @Claudia — I think you’re probably right.

When I was a boy living in Argentina, I would on occasion dine with muckity-mucks who were very formal. For the fruit course, I never saw bananas served, but oranges were common and were eaten with knife and fork. I am not making this up. I could show you how. Clumsily, but I could do it. Personally, I prefer tearing the peel off and ripping the segments apart with my bare hands.

  2. Off topic.. Whats with the full-screen pop-ups? It’s almost making teh site unusable, and I don’t want to give up on iotwr. Can they be disabled…other than paying advertisers? Is directly a possibility?

  3. I bought 20 #s of bananas that the produce girl had over ordered and froze them.
When they thawed out, that’s the way you had to eat them.
That guy, however……….. Wild Bill nailed it.

  4. Totally gay. The way he holds the banana, the way he works the spoon, the sweater… the whole nine yards.

And Claudia you are right, except he’s a queen. Lord knows what he’s looking at on the screen. Probably nothing much, or he’d be keeping the spoon hand free.

  5. Different, but, oh well……
So long as he doesn’t force me to do it that way, I’m ok.
    Different strokes for different folks.

Remember when everyone poked fun (and fingers) at PDJT45 for eating a pizza with fork and knife? Turned out that method is not common, but not rare either.

  6. he eats bananas because of the shape not the flavor. probably eats snickers bars upside down so the ‘veiny’ texture is on his tongue. either way, as said above, so long as this pickle chugger doesn’t expect me to do the same I don’t care how he eats it. he could have someone baby bird it into his mouth and wouldn’t care.
