Major Online Abortion Provider Hit with Wrongful Death Lawsuit

AZ Sun Times-

A major online abortion provider was hit with a wrongful death lawsuit on Monday.

A Texas man used abortion pills obtained from Aid Access to spike a drink he made for the mother of his unborn child, killing the baby and sending the mother to the emergency room, the lawsuit alleges.

“Christopher Cooprider murdered Liana Davis’s unborn child by secretly dissolving abortion pills into a hot beverage that he had prepared and tricking Davis into drinking it,” the lawsuit states. “Cooprider obtained these drugs from Aid Access, a criminal organization that illegally ships abortion pills into Texas and other jurisdictions where abortion has been outlawed.” more

  1. Why not a criminal indictment for depraved indifference murder? What’s the moral difference between mailing abortion pills, known to be dangerous if taken without medical supervision, willy-nilly to anyone with an AMEX card, with the statistical certainty that some pregnant woman will die (never mind the babies that will die), and standing on top of a tall building throwing bricks over the edge to the busy sidewalk below?

If somebody got killed by one of those bricks, it would be a clear-cut case of depraved-indifference murder. Why not with the pills, hmmm?

p.s. I don’t need to be reminded that the abortion pills kill babies. Duh (*choke*).

  2. Did I somehow miss that the “boyfriend” has not been charged with murder?

Why on earth would a woman with 3 children EVER have unprotected sex with a man who undoubtedly explicitly or tacitly objected to her becoming pregnant?

  3. Abigail Adams I’m wondering the same thing. If she appeared to be collecting baby daddies he should have taken far far earlier precautions. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid people can be in the heat of the moment. The children always pay the price.
