Judges releasing violent criminals into your communities aren’t even lawyers. Judges in states like North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, Texas, Arizona don’t even have to be lawyers. They don’t have to study law but they can be judges. Pure political job. Democrats have destroyed the judicial system. It’s irretrievably broken.

This is both good and bad. Since so many lawyers are pond scum I have no problem with honest, smart people being judges provided they aren’t biased. I have known people I would trust to do the right thing above all else.
I suspect the result would have been no different if a Communist lawyer actually HAD been the judge.
They are pretty much all vermin, degree or no.
They may or may not PASS the Bar, but ALL of them certainly LOWER it…
Most of the Democrats in Congess are lawyers, if that tells you anything about the breed…

…Ive been to the hospitals. I know guys who run patients there.
And they are everything you CAN imagine, but worse.
Theres a REASON they invented all these subcatagories like CNP, BSN, PA, all this other stuff, mostly because there are less actual MDs and they have to fill the gap SOMEHOW, and of those MDs and DOs that DO exist, even LESS are actually competent, so when you go to the hospital its like a casino of death…you pays your money and you takes your chances.
…back in the day, of all the hospitals I took pts to, the VA stood alone as the ONLY one I never met an actual doctor in the ER at.
Nowdays, they are ALL like that.
…and they rely WAY too much on tech. Last time my wife was there, in a hospital room the trained staff used this admittedly cool LOOKIMG video gizmo to try to do an IV stick and failed, becoming increasingly frustrated until they eventually called an older nurse that actually knew how to tear a finger off her glove so she could PALP a vein, and was in without blowing it in a matter of seconds.
Too much of their crap seems to be designed to REDUCE pt contact, to insulate them from the time-honored regimen of Palpate, Ausculate, Inspect, and Percuss, instead sticking something on someone and just trusting the AI it has isnt wack.
…I could go on, but this really isnt medical so I wont, just answering your statement is all I set out to do, but DAMN they are so retarded there now that THAT pisses me off too…
SNS- I went through some of that when I first became T1 diabetic.
I had one, ONE competent doc. She is a specialist at St. Joseph’s in CA. And she helped me out a lot. Very quick and observant.
After I moved away, not much luck. So any time I’m not feeling well, I do my own research on meds and junk. By the grace of God, it has been working good so far.
I can change doctors. Can I walk into a court and say I don’t want a black judge or a single black on the jury?
I spent some time in Kiev, Ukraine in the 90’s, through a dating agency. Got to know her brother and his friends and girl friends when Ukraine was going through political changes and turmoil with a lot of very loud demonstrations.

MJA, I had a PA for 5 years who was very knowledgeable. And he laughed at my jokes, so we got along really well. But he left his clinic during covid when the lead doctor said to push the vax.
I found a new doctor (MD) that was fairly ok, but wasn’t as good as my PA. In fact, I’m thinking of finding a new doctor because he is pushing the flu shot, tetanus, and vax each time I come in even though I told him I will never take them. My sister changed from him to another doctor just last week and really likes her. I’ll probably see her, too.
