  1. I thought that seagull would have more than likely puked up some regurgitated fish into its chick’s mouth rather than a whole small fish. For breakfast it depends, some days it’s eggs and some meat or toast others it’s whatever I can find available to eat at the time. A lot of Sundays we have more of a traditional pancake, eggs, sausage or bacon meal. And on a really good Sunday morning scrambled eggs and sausage scrambled together or biscuits and gravy. No donuts. Not sure what I’m eating yet this morning, I am hungry, and my stomach is growling but I will figure it out shortly. Kirby gets his usual hardboiled egg and dog food and loves it.

  2. Half an orange and a half an apple.
    Sometimes a half a peach, half a nectarine, half a plum, or half a tangerine – depending what’s in season.
    A heavy breakfast just makes me want to go back to bed (and since I’m retired and naturally lazy, that’s not a good thing).

  3. Took my morning med with water. Then made coffee (or what my late brother used to call it … brown colored water). Actually 2/3 water and 1/3 coffee.

    Then an hour later, some yogurt.

  4. When I was younger I would get 2 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese muffins from McDonald’s along with a large coffee. I had an hour long drive to work and McDonald’s had decent food and prices back then. Today, I just have 4 cups of coffee.

  5. weekends are for frying up some bacon, two eggs over easy in the bacon grease with a buttered, toasted English muffin and some orange juice.
    weekdays are usually cereal like shredded wheat and grape nuts….and of course a few cups of black coffee.

    Typically one egg, one piece of breakfast meat, and hash browns or toast.
    Breakfast meat cycles between bacon, link or patty sausage to add some variability.
    Occasionally – pancakes, french toast or scrapple.
    Coffee, of course…

  7. Dave’s bread toasted with thin pieces cheese and one hard boiled egg sliced top with tobasco or no salt seasoning–or toast and organic or non-hydrogenated fat peanut butter. Something like this. Maybe a small left over pastured beef hamburger instead of egg

  8. Coffee. Then more coffee while I fix breakfast for hubby and me. Often it’s farm eggs and hearty toast w/butter for both of us. Sometimes it’s cream o’wheat w/applesauce or stewed plums for him (yuck) and some other carbs for me. If the other carbs is my homemade banana bread, hubby always wants a slice when he’s done with the cream o’wheat so, of course I have to have another, just to keep him company. And more coffee.

  9. A couple hard boiled eggs with my first cup of coffee to get some protein on board. Than after my iron session, about 3/4 of a pound of my ground beef, heart & liver mix. All grass finished of course.

  10. After what those crooked and greedy bastards got away with during Covid, I no longer like, trust, or support MDs. No more routine checkups, no more scrips. Effem. So now breakfast is whatever the hell they said not to eat. Hauled into ER after accident. Labs not that much different in 3 years.
