4. This happened in Pensacola, where I live. There was a vigil at “Graffiti Bridge,” where it’s legal to paint the train bridge however you want. People do all kinds of artwork on it all the time.

   This jackass struts up to the Kirk mural and begins spray-painting over it during the vigil. He was confronted by others who pepper-sprayed him and took him down to the ground. Apparently, he was elbowed in the head.

   The two men who engaged him thusly have been arrested.
