Seattle: Homeless man arrested in alleged assault of child at Tent City released from jail

A Seattle homeless man arrested in the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl was released from the King County jail Wednesday night. Prosecutors missed the Wednesday deadline to file charges to keep him behind bars, though the prosecuting attorney’s office explained it is still pursuing the case and charges could come after more evidence is collected, and as “there are inconsistencies with the current evidence.” In Washington, a person can be held in jail for up to 72 hours without formal charges.

  1. Evidence that democrats are the party of Satan can be inferred by the fact that San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle used to be three of the most beautiful and livable cities in the US, and now they are dangerous shitholes. The filthy, stinking, evil left hates beauty and seeks to destroy it at every turn.
