The late Queen Elizabeth II took a keen interest in the rise of conservative leader Charlie Kirk and his efforts to establish a youth movement in Britain, according to accounts from those close to the Turning Point founder.
Kirk, 31, who was assassinated last week during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University, had developed close ties in the United Kingdom through businessman John Mappin, heir to the Mappin & Webb jewellery family.
Mappin, one of the original financial backers of Turning Point UK, says the Queen was privately briefed on Kirk’s activities at Windsor Castle and expressed warm encouragement, according to London’s Telegraph. more

They found the bullet. Finally. The corner found it still lodged in Charlies neck. Impossible. WTF is going on? Here we go again. And Kash just announced that the FBI is pursuing all theories surrounding Charlie’s assassination. I read that as he knows. The coroner needs to release the bullet caliber. They force us into being conspiracy theorists. It started for me with the scope position on the supposed murder weapon. Impossible for a prone shooter. As usual, something smells.
And as far as forgiveness goes, I s’pose Erica Kirk can forgive the shooter (whoever he is) on her personal level but I’m not sure her granting forgiveness goes any farther than that. If I was in a similar situation forgiveness would not even cross my mind.
God commands our forgiveness. I think it was Tucker Carlson, when he spoke, who emphasized that from the Lord’s prayer. There is much the Bible speaks on forgiving others. Obedience isn’t easy, but it is what separates us from the world.
If he perp does not show remorse for their actions is forgiveness expected? If the act is intended to be evil is there an expectation of forgiveness?

Like I told Brad in an email conversation earlier today, I shot an elk in the windpipe at 166 yards with a 300 Wby, the bullet went through the heart, deflected up and struck the vertebra just over the diaphragm and exited two inches left of the asshole. I’ve ought-sixed deer with 150 & 165 grain bullets and never recovered a bullet.

Totally get it and you’re on the money. Especially when you consider what Van Jones was “beefing about” with Charlie. The murder of that poor Ukrainian girl wasn’t racially motivated. “I got that white girl” seems rather incriminating. I’ve occasionally seen Van Jones go against the grain. He attended today’s event. I’m anxious to see what he has to say next week.
