Now that Eric Adams has done the right thing and fallen on his sword, there is a chance to stop Zohran Mamdani’s seeming unstoppable path to Gracie Mansion.
If only low-energy Andrew Cuomo or crime-fighting Republican Curtis Sliwa would follow Adams’ lead we might have half a chance of avoiding a Commie mayor.
According to the latest Emerson poll, Mamdani is a shoo-in to win in November, with 43% of the vote (before Adams dropped out), and the rest split among Cuomo (28%), Sliwa (10%) and Adams (7%). more

I’m not so sure about giving up on NYC. I have a bad feeling that something is being planned that no one will like at all.
What if he plans to bring in scores of his people from Muslim countries to then send them to every state to overrun them? They will take over our cities, the ones you think you are safe in.
I’m just trying to think like the people who are financing all our protesters. Instead of relying on Antifa and the old farts that they are paying now, how much better would it be to import the hands-off population that is already here and are not being touched by ICE? Bring in more to take over more and more cities, until there are too many to deal with.

You know, I get why folks think Mamdami’s a “shoo‑in” — but so was Hillary in 2020, and look how that turned out. I was born and raised in the Bronx and spent 35 years working in Manhattan. Let me tell you: the best mayor we ever had was Rudy Giuliani — and that’s because Baby Boomers and Gen X held this city together. Now? We’re getting run by Gen Z in Manhattan — spoiled brats who’ve never had to worry about walking alone in Central Park in the 1970s. They don’t even know you couldn’t go down certain streets because the hookers and dealers owned them. Pray daily, cross fingers, hold your breath. Because if NYC slides into hell, a lot of us are going down with it. Oh — and speaking of hope? Two weeks ago at the Bronx Chamber of Commerce Gala I ran into Curtis Sliwa. He’s no pushover. He knows the seams of this city better than most. Just putting it out there.
