…I always have a problem with public safety personnel emoting in public. Yes you are human, yes you see some upsetting things, and yes it can be EXTREMELY stressful, but its hard for the public and the bad guys to respect you if you cry more than John Boehner did every time he sold out his country.

The weak and incompetent hated it when that weakness and incompetence is exposed to the world.
Having spent most of my adult life either in the military or LE, and understanding the type of man that gravitates towards that calling (a level of patriotism and duty, the need to protect the weak, and mete out justice fairly and impartially), it breaks my heart to see such vocations turned into social experiments, abandoning both their function and result.
And this bastardization has left the people unsafe, untrusting of the police, and those “rejects” that now enter the field do it with an agenda, not out of duty, but out of a pursuit of power and the need to change that which worked in the past.
From a promoter of the police to one who fears and distrusts them, good job, Democrats.
