  1. I seriously doubt he was the only one. There is little doubt in my mind that this was a designed event. Too many “coincidental” things lined up to create the perfect storm The reservoirs, all the un-maintained equipment, the lack of manpower, no hydrant maintenance, all while hiding behind so-called “Global Warming”.
    Look! Squirrel!
All things that the over-taxed-payer pays good money to keep maintained and ready was not there. Now we are beginning to see what we all suspected in the first place is that it was the grand set-up for a land-grab.

  2. Shame on him for starting it, sure, but how does fire dept. battle an 8-acre blaze, put it out (almost), and miss that it smoldered for nearly a week when high winds were predicted???

  3. Update X post from Bill Melugin at Fox News:

Oh boy…video appears to show the New Year’s Day Lachman Fire in the Palisades still smoldering with no firefighter assets remaining on scene, just days before Feds now say it reignited into the catastrophic Palisades Fire. Have to wonder why there were no fire crews babysitting this spot ahead of a forecasted major windstorm event when it had been burning one week beforehand…
