  3. What does that even mean? Is that applied to the purchase price of the house? What if they rent?

    I’ve made this suggestion before, one that I would gladly live by when I move to a red state: pass legislation so that any new transplants from blue states can’t vote for 5 years, in both state and national elections. 5 years is enough time to assimilate.

    Democrats have used this trick on every level. Hamilton County, Ohio used to be rock-ribbed Republican not so many years ago, even as the city of Sincinnati slid further and further into Communism. This is because the second ring suburbs, including the 2 where I spent 55 years of my life, remained mostly populated by generally conservative nuclear families, even surviving the forced bussing of the ’70s with their character mostly intact.

    Then someone decided to go to those incubators of want, envy, and hate, the Projects, where they had spent DECADES gestating transgenerational dependency while destroying the nuclear family and denouncing any work ethic as “acting White”, and shut them down.

    When they did so, they gave them Section 8 vouchers to spread them anywhere the bus ran throughout the County, suing any community and denouncing any individual as “Rayyycis” who complaned. This was like a cancer metastizing or a virus lyssing a corrupted cell, contaminating the schools, the neighborhoods, and the councils with the morals and ethics of the ‘hood. Police were politically unable to do their jobs, governments pandered and virtue signalled to them, ordinary citizens became isolated inside their homes as violence increased outside, neighborhoods deteriorated and tax bases dropped as those who could left, to be supplanted by those who could bring nothing to the party but the ethos learned on the streets.

    I myself held out probably longer than I should have. I had a beautiful, large house in a corner lot that I had got cheap in the ’90s, had originally good neighbors, raised a family and had many fond memories there. But when the lead started flying at the rap club that took over the country bar a block away, my car was damaged twice by what the cops said was a ‘random gang initiation’ along with most others on the street, my sons car caught a stray bullet, and POLICE tape appeared at different times on three sides of my house with two of them involving murders, I had to agree with my wife that we were not going to be able to carry on with our lives there any more, especially with her aging mother living with us who wouldnt be able to lift a gun, let alone use it.

    We went house shopping just in time for Coof, and got a smaller house on more land later that year in another county, leaving the county I had lived in and served years in Fire and EMS in behind, along with my own mother who refused to leave the house she raised us in that was in a slightly better, but degrading suburb itself.

    Happily, she had little more problem than random vandalism, I think mostly because she was friends with a older lady in a house full of illegal Salvadorians nearby, but there waa a home serving as an obvious drug cash-and-carry across the street, and a number of other very visible issues on the street where I as a boy once happily and innocently played.

    This is that.

    But on a state level.

    As water seeks its own level, so too does human behavior in groups drop to the lowest common denominator.

    And that low is now very low indeed.

    As they intened all along.

    If Mamdani wins, all the 9-11 Twin Tower grifters and purpetual money grubbing fake charity orgs may go away.

    Did you know they still have 2nd and 3rd generation forever PTSD scammers that have been milking the system for 20 plus years. They are no better than EBT SNAP scammers.

    Oh wait, there is a large overlap.

    This will be fun to watch.
