just a matter of time. the trains, big rigs, powerplants, planes and buses require qualified engaged operators. the problem is self healing, but after what cost. this incident is a grim reminder of the people who oversee the dam failures, utility created wildfires (80 percent of major), the many big rig drivers who got their licensee from California. think smoking pot should be legal for these types of jobs and their supervision? engineering does no fix stupid, murphy does.

That means they signed off on things they were not competent to and making TicToc videos with their besties at work is how they maintain them.
