5 Comments on Pirro announces Scam Center Strike Force to target Chinese organized crime

  1. anymore i ask the tele marketers if i know them. they respond with no. then i ask them if its odd they are calling people they dont know. most of the time thats the end of the call. had one woman get irate trying to justify her call. i explained to her stalkers and children call people they dont know. most people understand civility.

  2. I usually get around 50 scam calls a day. Got to the point I learned hindi cuss words to p!$$ them off.
Recently set my phone to “Do Not Disturb” mode with flags set that only ppl on my contact list can call.
They still call but my phone never rings and the phone hangs up on them.
    Like Nelson says: “Ha Ha”.

  3. Scammers call 16 hours a day about a week after doctor visits. They always focus on the reason for last visit. Makes me think an insider is furnishing information. After 6-8 weeks the scam calls taper off.

  4. I’m disappointed. I thought Pirro or someone else was going to go after all the Chinese nationals who are buying up prime real estate, including farm land and, especially, land next to military installations. Is no one interested in this?

Also, what about Chinese nationals who are paying American pols and their, ahem, sons in exchange for favors? Isn’t that part of organized crime, too?
