  1. It spit some snow at us a week or so ago but it’s really unusual for us to have snow at Thanksgiving. Same with Christmas although that’s a little more possible. We tend to get our worse snow/ice events in late February or March for some reason.

  2. Some decent rainstorms over the last week here in So Cal. (Mudslides and evacuations reported in the burned areas.) Overnight temps in the high 40s. Sunny and warm today.

  3. We’re heading into a Winter Weather Advisory in Upper Cheesehead land. Anywhere from 5 to 14 inches starting tonight and going into Wednesday.

We’ve been very dry all year, so any precipitation is welcome.

The deer season started Saturday, hunters will be happy to have snow on the ground over Thanksgiving. I’ll be happy to watch Packers beat up the Lions on Turkey Day.

  4. Oh, I just remembered there was an F1 tornado about 16 miles from me early Saturday morning. Snapped a bunch of electric poles & did damage to several farm buildings. So no snow but weather in Kentucky keeps you on your toes all year long.
