Boasberg Refuses to Testify Before Congress After Authorizing Secret Spying on Hundreds of Republicans

Geller Report-

Judge Boasberg authorized secret spying on Congress and is now refusing to testify. The Senate is now holding hearings to discuss his possible impeachment. He thinks he IS the law.

After revelations that Judge James Boasberg approved clandestine subpoenas and nondisclosure orders targeting congressional Republicans, the Senate demanded his testimony. Boasberg refused, claiming he did not need to answer to the legislative branch he secretly spied on. Senators will now hold hearings on impeachment proceedings for Boasberg and possibly others involved in the unlawful surveillance of elected officials. Lawmakers say Boasberg’s arrogance and defiance show he believes he is beyond accountability, the hallmark of a rogue judge. more

  1. A couple of these judges need a good old fashion blanket party. Beat the shit out of them, throw them in the back of a van and set them loose in the middle of D.C. NAKED.

  2. Boasberg refused, claiming he did not need to answer to the legislative branch…

I’m curious, Jeb, just who DO you think you answer to? Do you recognize any higher power, either secular or spiritual? I wouldn’t be surprised if you secretly yearn for the ancient days when you could throw sacrificial children into red-hot iron idols.

  3. Al, I think that’s what is so infuriating about all these activist judges. They act like they’re the ultimate authority and we should be thanking them for saving us from ourselves.

  4. Rank,,,, Besides the Supremes,,, it is supposed to be morals and a sworn oath to uphold the law which requires an actual spine and the honor to uphold that oath. Being a dishonorable turd precludes this sorry bastard from such.

  5. He could be disbarred. But it’s a waste of time. Because the last Dem they disbarred was probably michelle 0bama.

Oh. Wrong dude. It was former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan.

  6. Justice Roberts oversees the D.C. District Circuit and Boasberg. Although he has no extra-legal powers over the Court, you’d think he would at least make a comment about Boasberg’s activism and bias.

So, if Boasberg “flatly” refuses to give testimony, can they compel him to attend (with his lawyers and 5th A. declarations)?

  7. Boasberg needs a ride to the train station.

I’m reading that Blondi is still living in FL and working remotely whenever possible and that the two people working immediately under her are both Democrats.

DJT, it’s time to wake up!

  8. Treat him the same as if one of us had refused a Kongressional summons. Yank him off the bench, tie his ass in a knot, throw him in the hoosegow until he cooperates.
Then impeach him off the bench, and review every decison. I’ll bet there are tons that could be reversed, throwing the LibTard Left into head ‘splody tizzies.

  9. Trump always seems to have a very good reason for what he does or doesn’t do. Technically, this is a Congressional matter, but, if some sort of break is offered to this creep, watch out. If he doesn’t take it, Trump will show no mercy.

  10. What happened to that FISA “judge” who signed off on all that bullshit Russia-hoax (KNOWING that the testimony was FALSE) about Trump?

    Yeah, nuthin.

Don’t hold yer breath waiting for justice for this maggot.

Boasberg will be laughing his ass off in Hell before anything is done.

  11. It’s all of a piece, isn’t it. The sedition, Insubordination, anti ICE riots and the like.

The left wants to make the US ungovernable, at least by the Executive.

Now Boasberg also defies the Legislature.

Now, Sen Kelley tells troops to simply refuse to obey orders they personally find immoral. That’s not the law. That’s anarchy.
