  1. Juan Hernandez-Santos, 40, of Huentitlan, Mexico.

The media is playing games with his immigration status. What I heard is he is an illegal alien, ad has not been been hanging out in Mexico.

  2. Yeah, company employing him has to be held responsible for damages and the particular individuals need to be brought up on criminal charges.
It’s amazing how quickly companies will respond when you just do that once or twice – ultimately saving at least dozens of lives and millions of dollars, long-term hundreds of lives and billion$.

  3. Back in the early 90’s I drove a truck for a while, mostly in California. One of the first things that I learned was to stay out of the way of the “tomato haulers” on I-5. They were (1) being payed by the trip, not by the mile, so they would pretty much run you off the road if you got in their way (2) They were all illegal Mexicans (3) None of them spoke English (4) the Cal. Highway patrol had been told to not even think of stopping them for any reason and last but not least (5) NONE of them had driver licenses of any kind.
