    With the MASSIVE number of registered Ds moving to registered Rs in the past week, I hope she does run. Then we can have an accurate and easy roster of the 21% who need to be sent to rehab/mental institutes and put on domestic terrorist status. Easy Peasy.

  7. Say, doesn’t she have a bunch of legal trouble coming up over the way she manages her finances? OAC was over heard saying, I can’t be overdrawn, I still have checks left. So she just started using that OTHER account.

  11. Unfortunately, I know a lot of people who would vote for her. Even more unfortunate is none of these people really knows or understands what she stand for or advocates; all they know is AOC claims to be progressive, they think they are progressive, so ipso facto AOC has their vote.

    To many of these progressive liberals, AOC is going to take a lot of money from billionaires like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates and give that money to them. What they don’t realize is that AOC’s policies is not going to financially benefit them, and socialists are also going to take a lot of money from them and give it to their political cronies and people who absolutely rely on the government for their sustenance as a vote buying gimmick. They don’t realize that the term “useful idiots” has been around and in use for a long, long time, and that once AOC is done with them, they’re out.

  14. More and more I see the need for the same hiring standards used in the Private Sector applied to the government.
    Credible references.
    An accurate resume that fits the job requirements with an appropriate level of experience.
    Drug testing.
    Background check.
    Pass all that and you may run for office.
    Why is that too much to expect?

Given that Demoncrat voters go for style over substance and political intercourse rather than discourse sure why the he’ll not….she’s always been more serious than most of their hacks – more “gravitas” then Pocahontas and less negative than Hiliary, more feminine than Big Mike, and sober (than a certain other candidate) with less recorded oral history….

    So why the he’ll not – go for it.

The elderly AOC -35 is elderly for brown tone coloreds- is on the fast track to dumpsville. What’s big today is just loooong tomorrow and thicc ain’t the same as ‘big ol’ thing’.

  23. I want the Left to keep speaking. Don’t silence them, don’t keep them from being visible or running for office; their mask is completely off now. Let people see and hear who they really are.

    As for the “she’s just a bartender” slight that conservatives have used against AOC; I’ve never thought this was very wise. It’s a cheap attempt to disparage her.

    Obliterate her positions, her arguments, of course. The beauty of our nation is that a bartender, a plumber named Joe, a real estate developer, a single mom…can run for office and be elected.
