A Guide to Shariah Law vs. the Constitution

CounterJihadReport:

In 2011, the Center for Security Policy assembled a 2 page flyer that succinctly explains the differences between the rights guaranteed in the US Constitution and Shariah.

A Guide to Shariah Law vs. the Constitution‘ is available as a downloadable PDF file. The text is provided below.

ARTICLE VI : THE CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND

CONSTITUTION:  ARTICLE  VI:   “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby”

SHARIAHThe source of legal rulings for all acts of those who are morally responsible is Allah.” a1.1, UMDAT  AL-SALIK or The Reliance of the Traveller, commonly accepted work of Sha- riah jurisprudence); “There is only one law which ought to be followed, and that is the Sharia,” SEYED QUTB; “Islam wishes to destroy all states and governments anywhere on the face of the earth which are opposed to the ideology and program of Islam regardless of the country or the nation which rules it. The purpose of Islam is to set up a State on the basis of its own ideology and program.” SEYED ABUL A’ALA MAUDUDI

FIRST AMENDMENT : FREEDOM OF RELIGION

CONSTITUTION:  FIRST AMENDMENT:  “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

SHARIAH“Those who reject Islam must be killed. If they turn back (from Islam), take hold of them and kill them wherever you find them.” QURAN  4:89   “Whoever changed his [Is- lamic] religion, then kill him,” SAHIH AL-BUKHARI,  9:84:57.  In historic and modern Shariah states, Shariah law enforces dhimmi status (second-class citizen, apartheid-type laws) on non-Muslims, prohibiting them from observing their religious practices publicly, building or repairing churches, raising their voices during prayer or ringing church bells; if dhimmi laws are violated in the Shariah State, penalties are those used for prisoners of war: death, slavery, release or ransom. o9.14, o11.0-o11.11, UMDAT AL-SALIK

FIRST AMENDMENT : FREEDOM OF SPEECH

CONSTITUTION:  FIRST AMENDMENT: Congress shall not abridge “the freedom of speech.”

Snip: And share this with your state officials and certain presidential candidates, because they seem to be pretty ignorant about the whole Shariah thing.

  1. Excellent info MJA.

This article discusses how muslims are willing to accept America’s Constitutional principles over shariah. They want to change school holidays to recognize islam. And it the board refuses, just wait because they will soon be the majority (and will then institute the shariah). It just shows how following America’s traditions and Constitution is not in their plans.

  2. Again, I ask: WHERE WILL YOU GO?

You of the faith of Islam, living in America, because you or your parents or grandparents fled your country, where will you flea to next? If you Americans of the Islam faith don’t stand up for America, the countries you fled will swarm over America. Then where will you go?

America has always defended religious freedom. But religion is NOT ALLOWED to RULE over America, stripping the rights of people of other faiths.

The separation of faith and government protects every Americans’ rights to worship as they wish, without fear of any other faith.

The constitution protects every Americans’ civil rights. The the religious based SHARIA law, of Islam, DOES NOT!

Think about it, if you don’t join your fellow Americans’ fight to resist radical religions of any faith, taking over our country, think, where will you go next!

  3. Just got through burning a Koran, pissed on the ashes to make sure fire was put out, placed the ashes in a mason jar and then made a recording. It says “allah is a faggot no good goat rapist, islam sucks, death to islam, pigs rule the world, 72 virgins are infected with parasites, you will bow to the almighty saviour Christ the Lord. AMEN!” on loop 24 hrs a day pointed at the jar.

  4. I don’t think any Muslim should hold any position in U.S. government or a position that affects Americans in any way. Muslims are taught to lie (taquiyya) therefore, we have no place for them. They are not here to assimilate. Muslims have nothing in common with Americans. Why accept them and end up like Europe fighting to survive ‘after’ being invaded?
Personally, I think the world has gone mad by allowing these
    barbarians to enter civilized countries.

  5. Good information!
