American Thinker:
By Andrea Widburg
For reasons that make no sense to me, a reporter asked UFC fighter (and champion) Bryce Mitchell what he thinks about events in Ukraine. I mean, with all due respect to UFC fighters, why in the world should we care what they think about events in Eastern Europe? Well, it turned out that, when it comes to Mitchell, it was worthwhile caring, because he gave a full-throated defense of American values — the primary of which is that he’ll fight like hell to defend his homeland but has no desire to be dragged into a war thousands of miles away in a repeat of Vietnam or Afghanistan. My bet is that a lot of Americans feel as he does.
What is important to know before viewing Mitchell’s statement is that there’s a huge class divide regarding the U.S. getting involved in the war in Ukraine. The richer people are, the more likely they will want to fight. This is fascinating for two reasons. First, these are almost certainly the same people who turned out in droves to protest the Iraq War and the same people who shrieked hysterically that Trump would embroil America in foreign wars. Second, it’s not the rich people’s children who fill the ranks of the American military.
In other words, people who hated a Republican war in which their kids were unlikely to be involved are incredibly gung-ho about a Democrat war in which their kids are unlikely to be involved. Fascinating, right?
Also, as between Republicans and Democrats, if there were a war on American soil, you probably know already who would run away and who would stand and fight: more
“I will dig my boots in the ground and I will die for everything I love and I will not retreat.”
What the Dems fear.
The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of “Men who wanted to be left Alone”.
My thoughts exactly. I ride the train to/from work daily. The same fucking idiots who “knew” everything there is to know regarding Covid and were engaging in high level discussions regarding “vaccines” and the differences in Johnson vs Astro vs Pfizer are the very same ones who are now expounding in detail on this. You know them, they are the very same fucking idiots wouldn’t know Louis Pasteur from Tarzan.
After Vietnam and Covid BS no one should waste their life or their health on the losers in Washingtons missions for fools they dream up for other people to take.
Check out the front page of http://www.thegatewaypundit. Looks like our fine .gov has been caught red handed (again). Someone made the point that if Russia started building bio weapons labs in Mexico, what do you think our government would do? If any of this shi* is true, Putin is the only sane leader involved.
Do you think Go-Fund-Me would allow an ass ass ination funding page?
Just asking for a friend.
It’s not just this guy and Colby Covington that are super patriot stand outs in that sport. I belong to an MMA Gold gym, just for the weights, but all those guys and gals seem to have their shit together.
Somebody gave me an avatar.
Is this new?
Some days, I do feel like that.
And some days, I make my wife feel like that.
I heard this guy the other day and I agree with him 100%. America first.
AMEN!
Re: if the US was invaded, who would stay and fight and who would turn tail and run, Quinnipiac just came out with a poll asking this question;

(It did not have a .com at the end so I hope it posts)
Not surprisingly,a wide margin of Republicans would stay and fight but the majority of dems would run like hell.
Of course, this assumes a foreign body as the aggressor, with no mention of the scenario where the “invasion” is fomented from within, which to me is the more likely scenario.
