DC: Adam Schiff ‘Absolutely’ Willing To Go To Court To Obtain Mueller Report.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said Sunday that House Democrats will issue subpoenas and go to court, if necessary, to obtain special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on the Russia investigation.

“We will obviously subpoena the report. We will bring Bob Mueller in to testify before Congress. We will take it to court if necessary,” Schiff said in an interview on ABC’s “This Week.”

Mueller is expected to submit a final report to the Department of Justice within weeks. From there, the Justice Department is required to provide a summary of the findings to Congress, which could then choose to make unclassified portions of the report public.  more here

    of Mueller’s smear (“report”) is classified.
    After all the whole thing was
    a set up to keep all eyes on Trump
    and off Hillary and the traitors
    going for the political coup to
    steal the presidency.

  4. Hmmm, if the Dems get to call Mueller to the stand to answer questions that means the GOP members get to ask some as well. That means that for the first time Mueller will be on the stand and under oath. Even the Trump hating members wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to show how politically motivated and financed this whole thing was. Then the Senate gets to call Hillary to the stand depending on the answers from Mueller and the butchering can begin in earnest.

  5. Chitty Schiff probably wants the whole report so he can redact & try to declare those redaction as classified, so a whole bucketful of Progs won’t be tossed into a deep-fryer & quick-fried to a crackly crunch.

  18. Mueller’s full report is likely to have “sources and methods” and so if any of it is released to us ordinary citizens, it will be heavily redacted. A few of the redactions might actually be sources and methods.
