Just The News: From allowing clerks to fix spoiled ballots to permitting voters to escape ID rules, Wisconsin election officials took actions that were not authorized by legislature.
The Constitution allows only for state legislatures to change the ways elections are conducted, but memos show Wisconsin election supervisors made three substantial changes in 2020 that impact potentially tens of thousands of ballots in a battleground state that Joe Biden won by just 20,000.
Records reviewed by Just the News show that an executive branch agency called the Wisconsin Election Commission:
- permitted local county election clerks to cure spoiled ballots by filling in missing addresses for witnesses even though state law invalidates any ballot without a witness address.
- exempted as many as 200,000 citizens from voter ID rules by allowing them to claim the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to be “indefinitely confined.”
- failed to purge 130,000 names from outdated voter rolls as required by law.
The question now is whether those changes — in particular the instructions allowing clerks to cure ballots with missing information — will open the door for the courts to intervene as President Trump looks to contest ballot practices in multiple battleground states. So exactly what can be done about it and what would the result of it being done be?
There is one extremely important point about how the swing states “stopped counting” all at the same time. If I tell you to count out loud to 100 and when you reach 26 I tell you to stop counting, when I tell you to start again the number you say will be 27. If it is any higher number, you didn’t stop counting you just stopped saying it out loud. The swing states DID NOT stop counting, they stopped REPORTING because when they “started” counting again, the numbers were much higher. They had to pull this stunt to cover up the sudden spike, as was the case in Michigan, since the graphs for each state would suddenly show a hockey stick bump for Biden all at the same time. Stopping the count is one thing. To stop reporting is something entirely different. The one and only reason to go dark is to cover up cheating.

What I’ve been wondering is if all the other votes for candidates and issues totaled up to the same number as did the number given to Biden.
If there was anything legitimate in the stop and restart I would expect the total number of gained vote to be the same in every race and issue on the ballot, but I don’t know if anyone has tabulated this and don’t know how to access that information (the before and after totals) to do it myself. Should be a matter of simple arithmetic if the information is available.
How could they possibly identify the ballots that came from all those people who failed to properly identify? You don’t have names on the ballots! Every ballot presumably went on the same stack.

They can’t.
And there is no legal provision to hold the election over again, it wouldn’t be legal to do it, so the only solution would be to just throw out all the votes in all the States where Fraud can be shown and use only the States where it isn’t.
Or just throw out the entire election and let Congress choose the new President and Vice President. (something which could actually turn out to be a legal move)
In Ohio, ballots are easily traced back to the individual. To say ballots can’t be identified is patently false.

That’s great, now we can find the voters that voted the wrong way and pay them a visit to re-educate them so they don’t do it again.
