Admission Against Interest: White House Chief of Staff Admits Vaccine Mandate is a “Work Around” the Constitutional Objections

Jonathan Turley:

[…] The move is unnecessary and therefore reckless. There are already challenges to the law which the Justice Department could join as amicus.  It would then not have to risk the creation of additional losses in court after the impressive litany of losses of the Biden Administration. This was another filing that followed a public call from the President. It is again politics driving litigation by the Justice Department. MORE

  1. I suspect that this could be just a distraction to turn the page on the debacle in Afghanistan and the failure to mount a proper response to hurricane Ida. They know this garbage will be knocked down by the courts if it even gets that far, but it draws attention away from the recent failures of the commie regime for the moment.

  2. Oath of Office
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

Every Senator irrespective of Party has made this pledge. The Biden malAdministration has admitted that they are knowingly and with forethought circumventing the Constitution.

  3. Democrats and the Republican establishment have already made it known how they regard the oath when they they incite insurrections, defend terrorists and try to overthrow a duly elected president, this is consistent with everything else they have been up to.

  4. As a career politician Biden has always operated on the “for my own benefit” first and the people and the constitution last. He personal pronouns are me/my.

Oaths may be ignored until after you’ve gotten your cut.

  5. It’s 9/11/21
Watching “Rise & Fall: The World Trade Center” on History Channel.

I don’t really like watching too many documentaries of 9/11 because one, I’ve seen them already and two, I just get so sad & pissed off.

That said, this 2 hour show is excellent.
This episode shows exactly what a dumb nigger Spike Lee is with his bullshit 9/11 conspiracy theories.
Watch it and learn a lot!

  6. “Do blacks regret voting for this tyrant fuckstick or nah?”

    No.
They do as they’re told – no questions – no remorse – no consideration.
The checks (and EBTs) keep coming and $Trillions are promised.

    izlamo delenda est …

  7. Constitution? We don’t need no stinkin’ Constitution.

Our only hope is a corrupt SCOTUS at this point in time. Sooner of later the communists are going to figure out that they don’t need to abide by any SCOTUS rulings. After all, if they don’t, who’s going to stop them?

What frustrated me the most was the 9/12 bullshit about the country coming together. I already knew that was horseshit theatre on the part of the progs and did not any part of it.

  9. “It is again politics driving litigation by the Justice Department.” Which is how the “justice” department has been driven for almost ever… read Above The Law.

  10. The D’s are probably counting on Roberts to rewrite OSHA the way he did ObamaCare — and he’ll fucking do it, too. You know he will, if given the opportunity. And to be honest, I have zero confidence in Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Gorsuch blocking this, either. I’ve not been terribly impressed with their performance.

  11. In keeping with Biden’s use of EO’s to write law, I propose the IRS declare an emergency order requiring all politicians take and practice on oath of poverty, to help the unfortunate pay their rent, or something.
